Opening a patient
- Clinicians open the app from a patient's chart in the EHR, which launches it for that patient.
- Patients open it from their patient portal, which launches it for their own record.
- Staff working outside a chart use a system launch, then find the patient here by MRN, or by last name and date of birth.
